I was relieved to see that a non-urgent task we had was delayed in favor of high-priority jobs, such as a backed-up toilet. The professionals arrived promptly, assessed our septic system, and corrected some of our misconceptions. We were surprised to discover that the system was buried deeper than we had initially thought, even though it incurred additional costs. However, we viewed this as an opportunity to improve our understanding of our system. The team left the area clean and tidy, with no sign of their work.
