To cater my 50-person event, I turned to Big Blue Q after discovering them online while looking for local BBQ vendors. Shane quickly displayed superior customer service, offering a myriad of options and recommendations. Ultimately, we decided to have the food prepped off-site and transported via heat trays, a decision that Shane executed to a tee. The food he provided was nothing short of fantastic - we went with St Louis style ribs, chicken, smoked brisket, beans, coleslaw, and cornbread, with the brisket in particular stealing the show. Our guests couldn't get enough, often opting for a perfect combination of the brisket and coleslaw. While the chicken and ribs were also big hits, there was no shortage of people wandering around with bones in hand, thoroughly enjoying themselves. Shane's cost for an authentic BBQ meal was quite sensible, and his customer service was unparalleled - he truly made planning the event a much smoother experience. I happily recommend that anyone in need of catered food turn straight to the Big Blue Q. Not only does this local outfit have an outstanding reputation, but their competitors simply can't hold a candle to the service and cuisine that Shane provides.

Let me tell you about Shane and his exceptional company that catered for me. I have never worked with someone as outstanding as him before. He took into consideration all my likes, interests, ideas, and wedding theme, along with his love for food, to produce something truly remarkable. The little details he included made it even more perfect. For instance, a surprise 4 leaf clover in a locket in my bouquet! I had no idea and it's now one of my cherished mementos from my wedding day. Shane also managed to recreate a pine nut from my description of a dish I had in Seattle, and it tasted just like the original! I regret not having more of his mouth-watering food, but I took home a portion that I savored later. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Shane and his company to anyone searching for catering, floral, and bartending services.
