By combining traditional healing practices such as Tai chi, Qigong, and Yoga with modern knowledge and food awareness, I assist my clients in achieving vibrant health. With over 13 years of experience teaching yoga and an extensive background in massage, I have a comprehensive understanding of the musculoskeletal system and utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques. I hold certifications in Anusara based yoga, Integral Qigong and Tai Chi, Qigong Strength training, Acrofit training, and food based healing, and tailor each practice to meet the unique needs of my students. Whether healing from injury, seeking relaxation, or looking to strengthen and lengthen muscles, I help my clients focus the mind and nourish themselves through breath, awareness, and movement. Witnessing the transformation of my students as they free themselves from pain and embrace a bold, dynamic life is my greatest reward.
