This business left us disappointed in several ways. Firstly, they failed to conduct a comprehensive background check and only relied on a financial credit check. The initially agreed upon credit score limit was not respected. Additionally, a recreational vehicle was stored and connected to the premises, despite the lease agreement forbidding it. Furthermore, the monthly rental fee specified in the contract was reduced without obtaining our consent.
