Although they were initially responsive to us, their willingness to provide immediate service was unclear. As we were under time constraints, we directed them to our location manager who contacted another party. When the location manager relayed this information to them, they became displeased and sent me a rude message. Despite being occupied with multiple Zoom calls, I eventually explained the situation to them; however, they continued to badger me with impolite texts. While I appreciate their prompt response and competitive pricing, it is important to note that courtesy is also essential. Their discourteous behavior has caused them to miss out on the second portion of this job, and we will now have to seek out alternative options.
