My services for home inspections aim to exceed your expectations. It's important to note that I do not offer termite, asbestos, lead paint, mold, solar, appraisals, or single feature requests. As a professional home inspector with 15 years of experience, I offer discounts for condominium, townhouse, warranty/new construction properties. My inspections are thorough, covering 12 major categories, and I have an engineering background which fosters a discipline of thoroughness and awareness.
From the roof to the foundation and everything in between, I cover it all: roof (free), siding, grounds, foundation, crawlspace, electrical, heating, AC, plumbing, kitchen, bathrooms, installed appliances, interior rooms, and garage. I provide a same-day report with pictures and narrative discussion.
My goal is to help you evaluate and reduce risk in what may be one of the largest decisions you'll make. The whole experience is stress-free and enjoyable for all.

Although I didn't end up hiring Chris, I have a heartwarming tale about his character to share. I discovered some cracks on the exterior wall of my home and became worried. With the help of an app, I reached out to Chris to inquire if he offered foundation inspections and forwarded him a photo of the issue. Chris was quick to respond, but explained that his job was that of an observer and not a contractor. He would review the problem and advise me on whether it was critical or not. As I had already spotted the cracks myself, I no longer needed his observation service. Nevertheless, he generously provided me with a detailed analysis of the damage and referred me to a reliable contractor in my area, who had previously conducted a professional foundation inspection and measurement. I had been struggling to find such a contractor for a long time. Chris offered his assistance at no cost, and I cannot express enough gratitude for his honesty and kindness.
