Amanda Bradford (Bradford Bakery)

One of my favorite ideas to celebrate my husband's birthday was booking Amanda. We had an awesome time and were blown away by the amazing food. All the dishes were flavorful, and Amanda was both super professional and sweet. I will definitely be booking with her again.

In December 2022, I placed an order with Bradford Bakery for a generous-sized birthday cake, a smash cake, and numerous dozens of cookies. Amanda's prompt and attentive service was outstanding, with the order ready as scheduled. The presentation and flavour of everything were exceptional, resulting in multiple praises from my guests for Amanda's mouth-watering baked treats. Even now, I still reminisce about the heavenly taste of her alfajores cookies.

Wow, that's all I can say. My aim was to organize a cooking class for my family and me to celebrate my mother's birthday, so I reached out to Amanda. I expressed our desire to prepare tamales, and she went the extra mile to design a menu that included several kinds of tamales along with a choice of side dishes. We enjoyed her hospitality at her house, and it was more than what I had anticipated in every aspect. I was wowed by her culinary prowess, her expertise, as well as her warmth and kind-heartedness. I am beyond impressed and will not only attend her future classes, but I will also recommend Amanda to others!

My wedding cake from Bradford bakery was beyond my expectations! It was made just as I had envisioned it. The flavors were so delicious that I couldn't even leave a corner of the cake. All the guests thoroughly enjoyed the cake! Thank you for making my special day even more spectacular.

I made a booking with Amanda to discuss menu ideas. During our conversation, I highlighted the importance of one particular item, and we brainstormed ideas for the other dishes. Amanda was very organized and had everything planned out, including setting up a hand-washing station. She was polite and made the learning experience enjoyable and focused. I highly recommend her services for anyone interested in learning and having fun while cooking delicious meals. Together, we made a delightful tart and BBQ sauce, which even impressed me, despite having previous cooking experience. Overall, it was a fantastic and enjoyable experience that I highly recommend.
