Despite the late hour, Plunger Plumber promptly attended to my CrackerJack inquiry and even called back at 8AM the following day to set up a 9AM repair appointment. Connor, the repair technician, arrived on time and proved to be courteous, efficient, and highly competent. He meticulously inspected every relevant component, fixed the issue, and even offered some discounts.
