To streamline the process, I offer electronic copies for submission to the county/state/neighborhood. Within your Plan Set, you'll receive a range of critical documents, including a Site Plan, Foundation Plan layout (with Engineer review), Dimension Plan, Electrical Plan, Interior Elevations, Framing Plan layout (with Engineer review), Exterior Elevations, Roof Plan, and any related Design Details that are essential to constructing your personalized residence.

If your plans require stamping by an engineer for the Foundation or Framing, rest assured that I have you covered. I can provide recommendations for noteworthy engineers or work with an engineer of your choice. This crucial step is dependent upon multiple factors, including where your build is located, ensuring you secure the right professional for the job.
