I am grateful for your prompt response and eagerness to replace the lock right away. Though the lock posed a challenge, William persisted until it was successfully removed. I am confident that another person might have surrendered and simply reassembled the old lock. Despite the prolonged procedure, I do not believe that I was charged more than the initial quote for the additional time.
