Victor exhibits extensive knowledge of home theaters, and he even installed my fireplace under my television. These individuals are unequivocally consummate professionals!

In my living room, Victor and his team set up a Samsung 55" TV and Sonos 5.1 system, while also linking my old Bose system in the master bedroom. I had an amazing experience with House of Audio, and here is the full story. I recently moved into a new condo in Manhattan, which lacked any home technology or theatre systems. I was keen on having various rooms fitted with in-wall/ceiling speakers, as well as a complete home theatre, a projector, great Wi-Fi system, cameras, and basic central control system. A few vendors, including the building recommended company and several other shops I got recommendations from, came in for quotes, mostly doing high-end installs using Control-4 or Savant systems. As opposed to the other vendors, who took between 5-25 days to send me long quotes with unnecessary stuff and high prices thinking I was naive, Victor & Elias' proposal itemized everything out specifically. Their pricing was close to half of others, which included all labor and coming back. They only got me really expensive items for the core items, such as the projector, receiver, and speakers. Furthermore, several items were priced lower than the best online prices or on eBay. For example, a high-end Sony projector was $1,000 less than if I went to Amazon or Best Buy. Despite my initial skepticism, I went with House of Audio because they were the most reasonable. Their proposal was just an email, and they didn't have the marketing professionalism or polish that the other companies had. However, I called Victor, worked out a few details, and got started. Their team did a fantastic job; they installed all of the equipment at the top of my closet, which allowed us to continue using the coat closet. They did not require any upfront payment and were willing to break the installation job into two parts - the first where they did all the wiring and the second where they installed the equipment. The speakers are flush and look and sound great. They did an incredible job installing the projector inside the wall of my ceiling, with a small hole for the lens, and it's completely hidden. The nest camera wiring is also hidden, the Wi-Fi is installed behind the walls, so you don't see any of the transmitters, and I can control everything with simple technology - Sonos, Spotify, and Alexa. Lastly, they provided me with a remote control that manages the main systems. It's easy to use, works flawlessly, and when combined with Apple TV, my six-year-old daughter has perfect command of the entire system. During the installation, their team was happy to make adjustments to suit my preferences, even if I wanted something different or made changes throughout the process. However, we did experience a few problems. A few days into the installation, the projector randomly stopped working, and the sound was slightly off. Additionally, we couldn't control the volume with the Apple TV remote. I contacted Elias, and he was prompt in his response. He visited a few days later, and upon discovering that the brand-new Denon receiver was broken, went to Best Buy, got me a temporary (lower-end) receiver, and fixed the entire system. A week or so later, he came back, installed the new replacement receiver, and gave me a fan system in the closet to manage heat buildup. He also ensured that I could control everything with the Apple TV remote. House of Audio ate the cost of the Best Buy receiver temp. I am happy to recommend House of Audio to others. They didn't sell me anything I didn't need, everything works great, and their pricing was way more affordable than others. Furthermore, they didn't try to sell me a Cisco WIFI system with an annual license fee. Instead, they gave me a Ubiquity one that was better and less than half the cost.

In a prompt manner, Victor was responsive and offered a competitive price for the job. He proceeded to install our new 5 zone Sonos sound system within the expected time frame. His team was knowledgeable, professional and conducted themselves with utmost politeness. Victor was present to supervise his team throughout the process. I would not hesitate to engage their services again and would highly recommend them.

I eventually decided to switch from installing speakers to acquiring new equipment that would enhance my viewing experience. Additionally, I requested for them to tidy up a shoddy TV installation in one of the bedrooms, and the outcomes were impressive. While they informed me earlier that they would be running late, this did not cause any inconvenience as they had just come from another installation.
