The technician arrived promptly and was courteous and supportive. I paid solely for the assessment as the proposed fix was uncomplicated. Despite having installed a new igniter, the furnace remained non-functional. A subsequent company ascertained that the control board had been damaged, leaving me dismayed at the misdiagnosis yet grateful for their efforts.
