Furthermore, the customer service was superb; he remained in contact with me from the beginning to the end, ensuring my satisfaction. I am extremely grateful that I stumbled upon this company.

I recently underwent a complete kitchen renovation and I am absolutely delighted with both the outcome and the experience. Guy served as my primary contact throughout the project, while Tony served as my primary contractor. Tony was impressively communicative and managed to achieve wonderful results for me while still staying within my budget. He was always available to answer any questions I had and provide advice when needed. Additionally, they made certain that everything stayed clean throughout the process and my floors were well protected. My kitchen's final appearance is absolutely stunning and I couldn't be happier to spend time in it each day. In May, we began discussing a remodel for both the kitchen and bathroom. However, it took weeks to get our general contractor to provide a bid and initiate the project. Despite receiving the bid, we were concerned about hidden costs and potential time constraints. Our deadline was Halloween, as we were expecting a baby in November. Feeling the pressure, we reached out to IMD home design and were promptly assigned an excellent project manager named Tony. He promptly visited us and presented a comprehensive proposal the next day. The cost was competitive and inclusive, meaning Tony handled everything from start to finish. As a result, we only needed to manage the selection of colors, backsplash tiles, hardware, the sink and the appliances. From August, we worked five and a half weeks to completely renovate the kitchen and bathroom. The work was done to our satisfaction, and the house was transformed. Tony was highly responsive to our needs, communicated in a timely manner, and ensured that the final product met our expectations. We appreciate IMD for finishing the project before the expected date and well within budget. It was a drama-free experience and we would do it again. We will certainly contact IMD for future projects. We are grateful for Tony's hard work, which helped us redesign and coordinate everything. We are enjoying our newly-renovated home.

IMD's Tony and Guy have been a lifesaver! After meeting with several contractors who didn't meet my expectations, I was about to give up. That is until I had Tony over for an estimate on a new addition to my home and a kitchen remodeling. These contractors are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and just good people. Four months ago, I decided to move forward with them, and they did not disappoint. They finished all the work last week, just as they promised. We are saving up to have Tony and his team return for our kitchen remodel.
