Since 2006, I have been managing more than 15 properties in the greater New Orleans area. My services encompass timely payments, lease agreements, beautification of both interior and exterior spaces, as well as repairs on appliances, vents, or anything else necessary every three months or sooner.

All of my tenants have lived in their homes for at least five years and are considered long term. I specialize in the HANO voucher program and their specific policies. I keep owners informed regularly on the status of their properties based on their preferences.

My ultimate goal is to minimize the owner's involvement while still ensuring they are informed and satisfied with the management of their properties.
