I spoke with Tim who displayed a high level of professionalism. There was a damaged shingle that needed attention, and without hesitation, he sent a technician named Greg to address the issue the very next day. Greg did an exceptional job of examining the roof and replacing the damaged shingle. Furthermore, the cost was quite reasonable. I would undoubtedly consider doing business with Tim again and would gladly recommend his services to others.
