After enlisting the services of Travis, we established a set price. However, when the promised furniture was presented prior to staging, it was vastly different from what had been agreed upon. Despite taking a deposit of $2,062.00 on the day of staging, I expressed my discontent and Travis picked up the furniture the following day. This situation occurred nearly two weeks ago on 3-16-23, and I have yet to receive my credit card refund. Despite sending multiple emails to remind him of the matter, Travis has not responded.
