The owner was extremely responsive and helped me easily set up the job to purchase a vertical platform stair lift - a wheelchair lift that would allow us to bypass stairs into our home. Hummer Inc. was responsible for picking it up from the seller in SF and delivering it to Hayward. Initially, we were informed that the lift weighed around 200 lbs. and Hummer Inc. was prepared for that. However, upon arrival, the item weighed 700 lbs. and presented an unexpected nightmare. When we arrived at the seller's home two hours before Hummer, we realized that the item was much larger than anticipated, and it took us longer to disassemble it than we thought. Despite these hurdles, Hummer was extremely helpful and professional throughout. He even jumped in and offered to help us disassemble the item, which ended up taking over an hour longer than it should have. Overall, I would highly recommend Hummer's services to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient service provider.
