Although I have been in the property management business for over 30 years, I am new to CrackerJack and am working on building my profile. Many of my current clients are repeat or referral clients from when I first started managing properties professionally three decades ago. I'm trying to stay current with social media trends!I take care of all of the details of property management and additionally offer a complimentary Concierge Service to both incoming and outgoing tenants (and even to you, should you choose to use it). You can find positive feedback about my services on various real estate social media sites. This year actually marks my 30th year of professionally managing all types of properties - from family homes to commercial income properties to farm and ranch land.
There's never been a more important time than now to have someone knowledgeable about the real estate market that you can contact for updates on leasing and management, as well as trends that could affect your property's value. I provide full-service solutions at no extra cost to you. Sharing my expertise and knowledge of real estate is something I love, and property management gives me another outlet to do so.
