Everyone found Chef Klaus delightful as he shared interesting stories about his career. However, it was not until he served the food he had prepared that it became apparent how much of a consummate professional he truly was. The dishes were plated and garnished beautifully, tasted incredible, and were quietly removed from the table after each course. Chef stayed in touch with me in the weeks leading up to the party, making planning the menu an enjoyable experience. Despite my reluctance to have salmon on the menu, Chef was insistent that his salmon dish was something my guests would enjoy. He even brought a sample for us to try, which turned out to be divine! If prepared by Chef, I would happily eat salmon every night. Before departing, Chef ensured that the kitchen was spotless and the dishwasher was full. In short, the dinner was perfect, except for the fact that we all ate too much. Thank you, Chef Klaus!
