Greetings! My name is Lia and I am a certified massage therapist in California (2011), a registered yoga instructor (2016), and a certified coach in psycho-spiritual and psychedelic integration (2021). My sessions aim to unify the mind, body, and soul by incorporating movement, sound, meditation, breathwork, and bodywork. As my family is from Hawaii, I possess an excellent attitude of aloha and integrate a gentle, yet profound Lomi Lomi massage style from Hawaii and various modalities from my travels and studies. During my time in India, I fell in love with the Ayurvedic massage, body treatments, and nutrition. I offer a unique Ayurvedic massage treatment utilizing medicinal oils and hot herbal packs (hot poultice), which effectively melt away any discomfort, stress, or pain. I have also created a series of sessions that combine multiple modalities to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.
