Our event was catered by Chef Mike, and we were blown away by his incredible work. With a specific theme in mind, we wanted our menu to reflect the vibe of our Gentleman's Tea Party. Chef Mike went above and beyond, creating a unique and delicious menu that perfectly encapsulated our vision. His attention to detail was evident, as he arrived early and put a lot of care into the presentation and quality of his dishes. In addition, he and his staff were incredibly professional and friendly. We would absolutely recommend Chef Mike to anyone looking for a chef who truly listens and brings great ideas to the table. We would happily hire him again in the future.

At our dinner party, Mike prepared an exceptional meal that wowed us all. His exceptional ingredients combined with his expertise created an incredible evening. Mike was very responsive to my inquiries and took care of some unexpected changes on the fly. He came fully equipped and left my kitchen completely clean.
