Initially, I had planned to tile my shower walls on my own. However, I soon realized that tiling is more challenging than I had anticipated. As our home only has one shower, I urgently required the services of a professional. Manuel promptly answered my request, comprehended my situation, and committed to beginning the project the following day. He exhibited great expertise and the outcome of his outstanding work left us thoroughly impressed. Manuel is a proficient, amiable, and skilled craftsman.

My bathroom remodel was perfected by Manuel's stunning tile work. He was prompt, dependable, and dedicated to completing the project efficiently, even with a tight timeframe. The renovation included installing luxurious marble mosaic floor tiles, elegant shower floor and curbing tiles, a built-in tiled shower bench, and a subway-tiled shower wall.

Immediately, he emerged and commenced working diligently. Due to the peculiar demands of my profession, which I was hesitant to perform myself, I chose to delegate the task. MMM impeccably fulfilled all aspects, resulting in exquisite tiling. The grout lines and levelness are impeccable 👌. I intend to employ their services yet again for several smaller washrooms and eventually my kitchen.

The task at hand was to lay tiles on the third floor of a three-family home. The first contractor I sought out was Manuel, who offered to take on the job. For the flooring, I opted for 8 x 8 inch tiles arranged in a pattern of four. However, I was hesitant about extending the same pattern to a 2 x 4 feet entry landing in the bathroom, as it could make the space look too busy. Manuel proposed an alternative mosaic pattern that fit perfectly. Given the numerous issues with the bathroom and the unfinished apartment, Manuel had to make multiple trips up and down three floors to complete the job. Despite the added work, he did not grumble, and even went out to trim tiles when necessary. Another contractor offered me a lower estimate, but I chose to stick with Manuel as his pricing felt fair, especially after additions were made to the original list. On the first day of the project, I stayed around to work separately while letting Manuel in. The next day, I handed him the keys to the place, and when I visited later that afternoon, the work was nearly completed. I was awestruck by its beauty. Manuel made cuts so precise that there was no need for shoe molding reinstallation. He also added trim underneath and a flange at the floor's edge above the landing. Overall, I'm immensely satisfied with the outcome of the project, and I look forward to working with Manuel on the bathroom renovation in our own home. As of now, I haven't taken any photos that do it justice, but I'm eager to share them when the space is completed.
