For over two decades, I have been exploring my culinary skills in various settings such as restaurants, private yachts, and museums. I firmly believe in utilizing top-notch ingredients and sourcing locally whenever possible. While residing in the PNW, I discovered my love for cooking over open flames which ultimately became my lifelong passion. Upon moving to the NE, I have managed to refine my art of preparing local meats and produce with ease and simplicity. Whether it's catering for a small group of four or a large gathering of 25, I can handle it all. Additionally, I provide personalized in-home cooking classes.
