With exceptional telephone abilities, Francine is highly skilled in troubleshooting. I had difficulty connecting my Dell desktop correctly until she guided me on the call. While I checked each link, she assisted me, and within 10 minutes, she discovered the issue. SD, in my opinion, is highly recommended.
