Anita is excellent at developing effective routines specific to your needs. She puts great effort into adapting to individual strengths and weaknesses, resulting in noticeable improvements in strength and flexibility week after week. As someone with back problems, I appreciate her attentiveness during workouts. She is a joy to work with and I would highly recommend her.

The impact of having Anita as my yoga teacher has been astounding! Despite being in my mid-60s and dealing with a range of health obstacles - including cancer and radiation treatment last year, as well as a leg injury resulting from a car accident and weight gain - taking up yoga at the recommendation of my sleep medicine specialist has vastly improved my breathing. Having previously enjoyed Hatha Yoga in my younger days, I chose to seek out personal lessons with a teacher - and after seven weeks of practicing with Anita, I'm already seeing incredible progress.
