I have utilized this company numerous times throughout the years and plan to book their services again next week. Their punctuality and quality of work are commendable. However, I have had to be a bit flexible to obtain previously advertised special offers, and the sales team was not accommodating, resulting in me not booking with them. Their communication has also been subpar in the past regarding the specifics of the job. Once, when confirming my booking and rate quote, I explicitly stated that I required an interior and exterior window wash only on the main floor. However, upon arriving, the team pressure washed the exterior driveway, which was not what I had requested. Although they apologized for not following my instructions and completed the job without issue, it was a bit bizarre. Their frequent soliciting of services via phone calls may bother some, but I suggest requesting to be removed from their sales list if it is bothersome. Regardless, the satisfaction of having sparkling clean windows cannot be understated.

After recently purchasing my condo, I noticed that the outside windows hadn't received any cleaning in what appeared to be years. I tackled the inside myself, but knew I needed professional help for the exterior. Sabrina Atlantic Window Cleaning exceeded my expectations. The management staff was a pleasure to work with, and the job that Jorge did on all of the windows, inside and out, was truly outstanding.
