Ed leads a highly professional and responsive organization, adept in tackling roofing issues both big and small. His expertise in the field enables him to swiftly deduce what needs repairing or to present viable options for more extensive work, even suggesting a new roof if necessary. With advanced technology and top-notch materials, coupled with reliable warranties, customers are empowered to make informed decisions to address their specific needs. I strongly endorse their services.

In May, I hired Ed to paint my mobile home for a total of $7,000.00, including the house, downspouts, eaves, railing, shed, and carport. After a long wait for approval from the association, Ed began the job. Initially, he brought in a repairman to fix some damages, replace caulking, and prep for the power wash and painting, which took eight hours total. Then they power washed and painted. However, on the day of painting, Ed claimed to have found water damage on some cement that required a special type of paint that cost an additional $1,300.00. I didn't see the area and foolishly agreed to the extra charge. Later, I discovered that Ed didn't use the special paint, and the area remained grey. Additionally, Ed claimed that the shed and carport were not included in the original price, but I have written proof that those areas were part of the contract. Reluctantly, Ed painted the shed at no additional charge, but would not guarantee the work on the carport. He also failed to inform me that the aluminum eaves were not guaranteed before he painted them. I couldn't supervise the job due to my responsibilities caring for my special needs sister, which may have allowed Ed to take shortcuts.
Ed requested a deposit of $3,000.00 before the job started, another payment when the repairman completed his work, and the remaining amount before the painting began. He didn't explain why he couldn't wait until after the first worker before requesting the full payment. Afterwards, I discovered he lied about several issues, some of which were unnecessary.
Approximately three weeks later, I spotted chipping and black paint on the newly painted surface, and I notified Ed. We walked around the house to find the source of the issues, and he promised to send a worker the following Saturday. I received a text rescheduling the appointment for the next Saturday, citing the Fourth of July holiday. However, Ed failed to show or send a text, and I had to follow up. I then received a text message from his wife claiming that he was hospitalized and provided documentation with his name and June 20th date. This was confusing since I saw Ed after June 20th. I replied to the text and received a nasty response from Ed's wife. I explained that his hospitalization shouldn't have affected the appointment since it was already scheduled. I haven't heard back from Ed since.
I plan to take legal action, hire a new contractor to fix the errors, and seek reimbursement of the total cost. I caution others against trusting Ed and advise getting everything in writing. He provided me with a contract for commercial buildings rather than my mobile home and hoped I wouldn't notice. He failed to honor his work and took advantage of my situation, which is unacceptable.

Working with Stephan and his crew was a fantastic experience as they did an incredible job repainting my house and replacing its siding. During the initial visit, Stephan thoroughly went over everything with me; including the timeline, specific work details, and exact cost. The work was executed precisely as he had described and I was impressed by the team's efficient and skilled workmanship. After observing their proficiency, I asked Stephan if they could also re-stain my fence and apply new cement paint on my front stoop, which they did exceptionally well. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
