It turns out that the previous hasty repairs by an unreliable roofer had excluded certain essential features meant to extend the lifespan of the roof. Smith Roofing presented us with a reasonable quote for a long-lasting warranty-backed roof, which we accepted. After contacting Smith Roofing for my home insurance claim, they agreed to replace my damaged roof, comb the AC vents, and replace the affected ceiling area. Although I was initially satisfied with the installation, I soon discovered ongoing issues and concerns with their work, including incomplete repairs and excuses. Despite my understanding of the challenges with supply and demand during the current economy, I signed a contract and expected the job to be completed. Unfortunately, mold has now become a problem, and it seems that Smith Roofing is indifferent to my concerns. I would caution others to be wary of changes to the agreed-upon work and the potential negative impact on the customer's experience.
