Yesterday, I contacted Appliance Pros of CA to request a repair service for my commercial refrigerator stationed in Irvine. To my delight, Fred, a skilled technician, arrived on the same day and identified the issue, ultimately resolving the problem promptly.

I regret to say that I did not employ him for the repair as the quote was too pricey, and it made more practical sense to substitute the appliance.

The response time was incredible - I left a message on Saturday and was promptly scheduled for Monday morning. Furthermore, the required parts were readily available upon his arrival. The service provided was extremely professional.

Appliance Pros of CA's Matt provided a commendable service. He presented a truthful evaluation of the problem and made attempts to solve it. However, the high cost prevented me from proceeding with the service. Overall, I am grateful for their prompt response and excellent quality of service.
