Regrettably, my clothing dryer was completely damaged. Though the technician kindly mentioned that he could repair it if I preferred, he also mentioned that obtaining a new one would be almost equally costly.

They responded promptly with a quotation for the necessary work and offered a reasonable price. After careful consideration, we decided to replace the appliance, which seemed like the more sensible option. I was able to schedule next day service for my noisy LG dryer with ease. Alex came over and not only fixed the issue, but also informed me about his promptness which was much appreciated. To my surprise, I had overpaid for the repair but Alex was honest enough to inform me and promise a refund. His honesty was highly valued.

Igor was exceptional in his service. Two other technicians from the same company had previously attempted to diagnose my dishwasher without success. But Igor went the extra mile to identify and fix the problem. He had excellent communication skills and even followed up the next day to ensure everything was in order.
