An update on my review - On 3/23/2023, the company made multiple attempts to rectify the situation and offered to come back and clean the pet stain again. They even suggested a refund, which I declined as I appreciated their time and effort in trying to make it right. This experience showed me that this company values customer satisfaction over profit, which is an admirable work ethic that not many companies possess. Regarding the initial review, I gave the company positive feedback on their easy communication and responsiveness. They were able to clean my carpet on the same day I called. However, the pet stain that I pointed out remains despite their efforts. While I understand that pet stains can be difficult to remove, I was hoping they could come back for spot treatment. When the carpet dried the next day, the stain was still present, and I have had previous cleaners tackle more challenging stains with success. Unfortunately, they were not available that day. In hindsight, if I had known they would not be able to remove the pet stain completely, I would have either attempted the cleaning myself or stayed with the previous cleaner who handled it better.

Eco bay was utilized by me to eliminate a few persistent stains and revive a carpet that had remained unsanitized for more than three years and they executed the task excellently!

Lucio was incredibly kind! Although he had only been called out to address some spills on our couch, he went above and beyond by spot cleaning a few areas on our carpet that needed attention. In the end, we decided to have him clean our entire carpet. The results were outstanding - everything looked like new! Not only did Lucio perform an excellent job, but he was also a wonderful person to have in our home. Without a doubt, we will be reaching out to him again in the future!

Upon my request, Eco Bay Carpet Cleaners quickly responded and dispatched a team of two men the day following my call. The team meticulously cleaned a couch, a throw rug, and two chairs. I was particularly impressed as the couch and recliner chair were aged over 40 years with considerable soiling, yet the team managed to immaculately clean all pieces. I highly recommend this company's exceptional service to anyone seeking carpet and furniture cleaning.
