When I requested a free estimate for my foundation issue, I was met with a sales representative who tried to offer a sales pitch that didn't address my problem. Despite being told that they could fix it, the salesperson lacked basic knowledge and wasn't a contractor, ultimately resulting in a disappointing experience. Personally, I value the professional opinion of a contractor over that of a salesperson.

My basement is now completely dry! The Neverwet Basement Crew did a fantastic job and ensured that the problem wouldn't resurface. I highly recommend them. Chris provided us with a comprehensive and non-pressuring free estimate. Though the cost was surprising, I knew it was necessary due to the amount of moisture and mold. Additionally, they gave me financing options, allowing me to pay only $150 per month. The crew, led by Kevin, was professional and courteous, explaining every detail of the work to me. While the job was messy, the team cleaned up after themselves every day. I greatly appreciate the Neverwet Crew and will share my positive experience with others.

My basement used to have a continuous flow of water seeping in, which resulted in various pools appearing on the floor. However, this is no longer the case as the issue has been resolved. It's as easy as that, and I strongly suggest it.
