Hey there, I'm Cari and I'm incredibly enthusiastic about spreading the benefits of yoga and wellbeing. I'll teach you how to de-stress, find peace, and safely enhance your strength and flexibility.

My focus is on providing bespoke corporate and group yoga events. My goal is to guide your team through a yoga session that's tailored to your specific needs.

Just for fun, I'm a mom, actress, video creator, natural living advocate, and essential oil fan!

I understand firsthand how restorative movement, yoga, and meditation can be, having utilized them to aid in my own breast cancer recovery. As a trained Oncology Yoga For Cancer Teacher, I particularly enjoy sharing yoga with fellow breast cancer warriors.

Currently, I offer both online Zoom and in-person sessions, including private Zoom yoga, private in-person yoga, corporate sessions, cancer-specific yoga, bachelorette parties, wedding yoga, and more.
