On multiple occasions, I have employed Gail to care for my two cats while away. Her pleasant demeanor has quickly won over the affections of my felines. Gail's compassionate and skilled approach have earned her my full recommendation as a professional pet-sitter.

For roughly 6-7 months, Gail has been walking our dog Val, and we couldn't be happier with her service! Gail's attentiveness, reliability, and superb communication skills leave us constantly impressed. We've had other dog walkers in the past, but Gail is by far the best. She often takes the time to send us pictures or videos of their daily walk, which we appreciate. Additionally, Gail is incredibly accommodating and always works with our schedule to ensure Val is taken care of. Though we initially hired her for a few days a week, we're now elated that she comes every Monday through Friday. Four days a week, Peter and Gail take my golden retriever, Philo, on jaunts. They are punctual and accommodating in case my schedule changes suddenly. Philo looks forward to his time with Gail and Peter's pack and they always seem to have a good mix of temperaments. This is something that I struggle with at dog parks. Going for walks with them feels like attending a small family party. Their help over the past three years has made my life much simpler.

Gail did an amazing job! She looked after my two cats during our vacation and even sent me photos to ease my concerns. I am absolutely satisfied with the services provided by City Tails SF and will continue to use them for all of my pet sitting requirements.

Gail is truly incredible! She faithfully walks Tucker at least four days out of the week and is consistently punctual, kind, and dependable. She also sends me daily videos of their adventures and takes Tucker along with his other furry friends to various parks all over town. Plus, on one occasion, she provided overnight care for him right here in my home! I don't think I could trust anyone else with my beloved puppy while I'm away. I feel incredibly fortunate to have met Gail and have her in my life, and I know Tucker feels the same.
