The work order was on paper, but Emerson was always quick to respond. Though the cost seemed high, I was unable to obtain any alternate quotes, given the emergency situation.

Having a wealth of expertise and being highly professional, Emerson successfully fitted a new automated watering system and fixed any faulty sprinklers and leaks. He was always quick to address any queries I had and took satisfaction in his work. I confidently recommend him and would rehire him without hesitation. Although there are a handful of negative reviews labeling him as a "swindler", I urge you not to put weight on what you read online but to trust your positive instincts after meeting him. You will not be let down.

Despite the two negative reviews, I chose to put my trust in the numerous positive ones and was elated with the outcome. The company acted promptly, accurately identified the issue, and arranged a suitable time for resolution. Their professionalism shone through during the repair work, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the end result.
