Jacob was approachable and easy to communicate with, making planning and feedback sessions a great experience. While we faced some hurdles along the way, our review is solely based on Jacob's abilities as a general contractor in overcoming these obstacles. We encountered cleanliness and communication issues with some of the vendors, but Jacob addressed them immediately and made sure that they were resolved. Despite the current expensive construction market due to COVID, Jacob was able to offer a fair and competitive price. Overall, we highly recommend Jacob as a general contractor for his collaborative approach, openness to feedback and quality standards.

Although I met with several other contractors in the area, I was unsatisfied with their quotes. However, Jacob's quote for my bathroom renovation was reasonable, and I am delighted with the outcome.
