My primary objective is to support individuals, organizations, and companies in navigating and prospering amid the widespread global changes. Climate change is the compelling force behind these shifts, which will impact business, society, and our prospects for the future. Having delivered presentations in over 25 countries and at the United Nations, as well as authored multiple publications on personal and corporate transformation, I am adept in transformational management. Another aspect of my focus is Black History Month, or as I prefer to label it, Black Future Month. My aim is to encourage African American and other organizations of color to direct their attention toward the future. Building upon the past, planning in the present, and envisioning the future are vital for moving forward.
