Recently, my husband and I welcomed a German Shepherd puppy into our home with high hopes of a wonderful life together. Being aware of the breed's intelligence, we were excited at the prospect of having a smart and obedient companion. However, it turned out that even the brightest breeds have challenging puppy behavior. Our Lacey was a bundle of energy and constantly bit everything, including our hands, feet, furniture, and even our cats. She refused to walk outside and only wanted to be on the grass. Our attempts to train her using online resources failed, causing frustration and even tears. The experience of working alongside Armando has been delightful. His genuine affection and concern for animals are clearly evident, and he managed to transform our dog, Duchess, into an entirely different pet. In just a matter of weeks, she went from being a fiercely territorial and aggressive ball of fluff to the most endearing little puppy one could imagine. Initially, Duchess had a tendency to bite us relentlessly, and her sharp canines often drew blood despite her being a mere 22 pounds. She would become upset with us for hugging or dancing to the music, making life pretty strenuous. Consequently, we couldn’t invite guests over or take her to places where other dogs would be. However, now, we can do all those things and redirect her if any issues arise. We tried every method possible, including using the services of a personal trainer and undergoing the full PetSmart training. Despite all our efforts, Duchess remained aggressive. In fact, we considered giving up the dog even though she was a rescue. However, our fears are now a thing of the past. We are thrilled with our furry friend, and we can relish without worrying about her attacking someone or their dog. Thank you, Armando!
