I asked for in-home training sessions, but the appointments were constantly being cancelled or rescheduled. When a trainer did finally arrive, they only spent about 10 minutes before leaving. I later learned they employed a painful reward method of training, which I now realize is cruel. I contacted them to request a partial refund due to the few and unsatisfactory sessions, but received no response. It feels like a complete waste of $600.

Rich has been an immense blessing in our lives over the past decade. Being a busy mother wearing multiple hats, his assistance with my dogs has been invaluable. With his expert training, I now no longer require a leash for my dogs, except in situations where it is legally necessary.
Wherever we go, my dogs are admired for their exceptional behaviour, friendliness and their unique interactions with my daughter and others near us. Thanks to Rich's quality training methods that have enhanced our lives since my daughter's birth, she has had an incredible experience with our dogs at the tender age of 7 years.

Our five standard poodles have all been trained by Rich using his fast and effective method. Investing in Rich's training for our pets has been the best decision we have ever made. Sin City K-9 has assisted me with multiple dogs, and my dogs are so well-behaved that even those who dislike dogs enjoy spending time with them. Walking my dogs is now an enjoyable experience, as they no longer walk me and are able to calmly interact with other dogs and humans. Rather than investing a fortune in purchasing a dog, investing in training is crucial for reaping the most benefits from having one.
