These individuals are extremely unreliable. They were expected to arrive yesterday to mow our lawn. Unfortunately, due to a "misunderstanding" on their end, they thought they were only coming to offer a quote, despite already having provided a quote. As a result, they rescheduled their visit for today. Today arrived, and they informed us they were "running late" but would still show up. I stressed that they needed to arrive by 2:30 pm, to which they agreed. It is now 3:30 pm, and we have yet to receive any further communication from them. Nothing is more frustrating than dealing with unreliable and untruthful individuals. We advise avoiding them.
