On the second occasion, he effectively repaired a malfunctioning pump/circulator that experienced leaks and a short circuit by draining the unit and replacing the damaged component. Most recently, I sought Mr. Butler's assistance with a disrupted forced hot air heating system, which kept running and generating warm air despite having turned the thermostat off.
