Providing high-quality work is always a top priority, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of my customers is my ultimate goal.
Please note that material costs must be covered by the customer, although I can purchase them on your behalf and request reimbursement before beginning the job. My prices cover only my labor and may vary based on the complexity of the task and route.
New recessed lighting installation:
$80 per light (discounted rate for installations of 6 or more)
$150 for roping power from switch to first light and between lights (additional $100 if attic space drilling required)
Pendant light installations: $100
Chandelier installations: $150-$250 depending on size and height location
Tesla Charger and Nema 14-50 outlet installations: $300-$600 based on distance, route, and subpanel accessibility.

For my garage renovation, I got assistance from Jesse in installing recessed lighting, new outlets, and smart switches. Throughout the process, I had to work closely with several other contractors, but Jesse was supple and promptly accommodated our schedules. Overall, he did an excellent job, and I would gladly recommend him for anyone looking for electrical services. However, I would suggest that Jesse invest in a cordless orbital or rotary cutting tool instead of using a knife as it would make the cut smoother and more precise, eliminating the visible blemishes outside the outlets caused by knife cuts.
