I was contacted promptly by ON regarding my project and they scheduled an appointment for the following day. Roi arrived on time and provided an estimate in a professional and pleasant manner. While his company typically doesn't handle small projects like mine, he still went above and beyond to assist me and ultimately accepted the job. The work was completed with great professionalism and in a timely manner, allowing me to install my new stove as planned. I strongly recommend ON and thoroughly enjoyed working with them.

Despite interviewing friends and family, we were unable to find a contractor for our kitchen and mini remodel. Therefore, we decided to use CrackerJack to find three potential contractors. Interestingly, all contractors submitted similar bids, so we chose On Design and Remodeling due to their excellent communication skills. Aviv and the team were extremely responsive throughout the entire process, addressing any concerns promptly. The remodeling project consisted of a kitchen renovation, replacement of 75% of the flooring (with engineered hardwood and carpet), structural engineering support for an exterior wall, and removal of an interior wall. Remarkably, the team finished the project in a mere twelve weeks, completing it ahead of schedule. We were particularly pleased with the team's level of consideration, as we opted to live in the house during the renovation. The team made a concerted effort to keep the site clean before leaving each day, and they were diligent in ensuring our comfort. During the project, we faced a few problems but the team quickly resolved them. For example, one of our cabinets did not fit properly, but Aviv and Raz promptly resolved this issue by replacing the cabinet with one that fit correctly. Overall, we were entirely satisfied with On Design and Remodeling's professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication. We have recommended them to friends and family and are grateful for the stress-free experience they provided during a typically daunting remodel.

When searching for estimates for our kitchen and bath remodel, we received six in total, one of which was from Raz and ON Design & Remodeling. Thanks to ON Design & Remodeling, our outdated bathroom has been transformed. The renovation encompassed fixing leaks and removing unpleasant odors, which included replacing all gypsum walls and plumbing and installing modern electrical wires and ceiling recessed lights. Additionally, contemporary porcelain tiles were used for both the walls and floors, a new vanity, vanity faucets, sinks, mirrors, toilet, and fresh paint were included. Throughout the process, the workers consistently arrived in the morning and finished by 4:30 pm, with occasional overtime needed to complete specific items. We communicated daily with Raz about the project progress, ensuring we were regularly briefed on the next day's plans. Raz only began the project once all the finish materials were on hand to avoid wasting time and working days. Our bathroom is now unrecognizable, and we are extremely satisfied with the results.
