My home, spanning 4300 sq ft, was listed for 40 days without much interest besides one viewing. My real estate agent suggested considering staging the house, yet I was hesitant. Eventually, I gave in and contacted three different staging experts. On the day of her arrival with a team and a truck, I was astounded by the sheer amount of items she had brought to help furnish the home, including beds of varying sizes, cozy blankets, fashionable artwork, stylish sofas and chairs, and much more- it was all a part of her pristine attention to detail. Over the course of two days, Aman made both small and large touches that made a tremendous impact. The results were astounding - after inviting a photographer to retake pictures, the home saw seven more viewings in the following four days, resulting in a great deal of activity.
