After assessing the issue - a leaky chimney - they returned the following day to repair it, and I would highly suggest their services. Danny, in particular, did an exceptional job.

After having concerns with my chimney that prevented me from using my fireplace, I had it inspected when I bought my house. However, I recently sought out a second opinion from Chimney Sweep Masters. The technician conducted a thorough inspection and reassessed the previously noted issues, most of which did not require any extra work. This honesty was appreciated, as I was not pressured into unnecessary repairs. The only necessary fix was to reseal part of the chase, which the technician promptly completed, along with fixing some cracked roof tiles situated nearby. I am happy to be able to use my chimney again and will gladly contact Chimney Sweep Masters in the future.

UPDATE ON REVIEW: Since my previous review, I have been in contact with Jonathan from Chimney Sweep Master. He was surprised to read my negative comments and reached out to me. After explaining how unsatisfied I was with the job provided by sub-contractors Always Green Home Services, he personally intervened and sent someone from his team to fix everything. Not only did they swap the chimney, they refunded me $150. I am extremely pleased with their level of customer service and have increased my rating from 3 to 5 stars. ORIGINAL REVIEW: My experience with this company was underwhelming. It seems as if they outsource their work, as the company that arrived to do the job had a different name than the one I hired. Although the task was completed, it was unremarkable considering the $1050 fee. They didn't even inspect the roof or ask if my house was one or two stories. The chimney was cleaned with a liquid spray and a vacuum, followed by a blower inserted through the bottom opening. They highlighted the importance of painting the interior of the fireplace, yet only applied a primer and a high-temperature resistant paint that was no different than what I used to paint my BBQ. I feel like I was taken advantage of and spent a grand for nothing. Don't even get me started on the exorbitant quote provided for cleaning the dryer vent. As for whether the Chimney Sweep Master is better, I cannot say for certain as they may use sub-contractors as well.
