A portion of my basement had incurred water damage and was susceptible to the growth of mold. Robert, the representative, conveyed the details of the task and exhibited agreeable behavior while successfully executing the work. In case of any hold-up due to roadway congestion, he ensured to inform me in advance. A proficient task was carried out and I was not imposed with any additional fee for operating the air filter for an extra day, as it happened to be a Sunday.
