I strongly suggest checking out Gaynor's Fine Art of Cooking series. Despite my familiarity with the kitchen, I was able to gain considerable knowledge. Gaynor guides you through the fundamental elements of cooking, giving you the ability to experiment and innovate, or if you prefer, master traditional recipes. Gaynor's Kitchen hosted a magnificent birthday celebration where my family indulged me with a homemade feast prepared by all ten of us. It was an incredible experience cooking together, sharing Gaynor's cherished recipes, and receiving her patient direction. The party was a remarkable success!
