My name is Jonell, and I've been prioritizing fitness in my life for over three decades as a retired military veteran. When you work with me, you'll receive personalized training from a genuine trainer who cares about you as an individual. I only conduct group training upon request and customize every aspect of your workout plan to suit your needs.

In these times of uncertainty, going to a gym may be unappealing, but I still believe fitness is important. That's why I offer remote consultations, online training, outdoor workouts, and in-person training if you're within a reasonable distance. I can also train you in the gym if that's your preference. Whatever your goals, I will help you achieve them through a life-changing journey.

I specialize in a variety of areas, including strength and conditioning, muscle building, weight management, endurance, stamina, flexibility, mobility training, and P.T testing for military prep. Additionally, I'm also well-versed in nutrition and supplementation, and I'll help you with those aspects of your health journey as well.

As a veterinary technician, it is crucial for me to have the ability to handle my patients with ease, regardless of their size or level of mobility. Unfortunately, my muscle strength and endurance had significantly diminished over time due to various factors such as multiple childbirths, knee surgery, and herniated discs in my lower back. I worked out on my own for many years, but eventually hit a wall in my strength and weight loss progress. I'm sure many can relate to this. That's why I decided to start working with Jonell. Although the actual workouts were similar to what I had been doing before, Jonell's focus on intensity and frequency really made a difference. After three months of weekly sessions, I had lost 10lbs and was even able to do 10 pull-ups, something I could never do before. While I wasn't necessarily overweight to begin with, my physique improved and I started receiving compliments. Unfortunately, I had to stop working with Jonell after moving away. Since then, I've struggled to make the same progress on my own and have failed to replicate the same feeling of success.
