Our experience was incredibly satisfactory. Upon sending an inquiry, we received an immediate response. Throughout the communication process, we were kept updated at all times. Additionally, we received a picture and the name of our technician, David Adkinson. David was highly professional, asking about our goal of fixing the garage door and not replacing it, which he was able to achieve with the tools and materials he had. The efficiency was praiseworthy as they were able to both provide a quote and repair the door in an hour. Overall, we were significantly impressed.

I had a sense of security and did not perceive any intention on his part to extract the highest amount of money from me. After notifying him, my two defective garage doors were repaired in less than a day, which exceeded my expectations. Additionally, he graciously informed me about door upkeep. In conclusion, my interaction with him was a delightful encounter. Much obliged.

ProLift serviced both of our garage doors and we were pleased with their work. David was particularly knowledgeable and he provided explanations for his actions and the reasons why it was necessary. As I had never maintained my garage door before, he took the time to answer my questions. I must say, my garage door works more smoothly now! I will turn to ProLift for repair and maintenance in the future, and when the time comes for replacement, I will definitely call ProLift!
