Additionally, I am the owner of Nightwarriors Fitness, and I became a Certified Personal Trainer in September of 2014. My specialties include toning, weight-loss, bodybuilding, and nutrition.
During our hourly sessions, I provide weight-loss and weight management programs, aerobic and resistance training, and all the necessary equipment, including dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine and kosu balls, kettlebells, and weighted vests. As a marathoner who has completed several marathons across NYC, I will help you reach your fitness goals with challenging, but fun workouts. My program emphasizes a healthy lifestyle and teaches clients how to make informed food choices to maximize their fitness results. Plus, we offer a free gym membership!
To get started, there is a $35 consultation fee, which will be refunded if you sign up for our 12-week package deals. We offer a 12-week weight loss program, a 12-week get your body back program, and a 12-week bridal fitness program, all designed to teach our clients how to get and stay in shape while prioritizing exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle decisions. David is truly amazing and must be seen to be believed! His infectious smile and genuine approach to customizing plans for each client are truly remarkable. He devotes ample time to listen to every concern and incorporates them precisely into the program. The best part? He has an incredible memory and can change up workouts quickly to avoid stressing the body.
I had the pleasure of being in contact with David for five weeks before starting my program, and I've had two sessions so far. Although the workout routine is focused, it's not monotonous by any means.
Undoubtedly, the most professional aspect of David's program is the 15-page custom file he created for me to keep. It contains my biometrics, S.M.A.R.T. goals, workout specifics for each week (updated at each meeting), food plan (if required), medical information, explanations of any past or present medical concerns, and photos for before-and-after comparisons for progress reports.
Overall, my program is an 18-month journey, and I'm excited to work with David towards my fitness goals!

Working alongside David has been an absolute delight. His professionalism, empathy, and expertise are second to none. At first, I was uncertain what to anticipate, but with my tailor-made workout plan and twice-weekly sessions, my body has undergone an incredible transformation. As someone who formerly played water polo, conventional workouts on land have always been a challenge for me. David has been instrumental in assisting me in discovering what my body is truly capable of. Additionally, he customizes a diet plan based on your preferences and aversions. David is committed to ensuring that you get the most out of your training, and he will stay with you throughout your workout, going beyond the call of duty if necessary, even though your session is only an hour long. This is representative of his genuine concern for his clients, which is a stark contrast to my experiences at fancy gyms where trainers just shuffle clients in and out like a conveyor belt. I sincerely recommend him!!
